Herbst Kinsky advised together with Skye Partners (Frankfurt) Invision AG on the acquisition of the Austrian eduPRO Group from Luxempart German Investments S.A.. The acquisition was carried out together with the management of the eduPRO Group. The closing of the transaction is still subject to approval by the Austrian and German antitrust authorities.
