Herbst Kinsky advised Invision AG on the acquisition of eduPRO Group
Herbst Kinsky advised together with Skye Partners (Frankfurt) Invision AG on the acquisition of the Austrian eduPRO Group from Luxempart German Investments S.A.. The acquisition was carried out together with the management of the eduPRO Group. The closing of the transaction is still subject to approval by the Austrian and German antitrust authorities.
Since its foundation in 1997, Invision AG, based in Switzerland and Germany, has successfully developed into one of the leading investment companies for corporate succession and growth financing for medium-sized companies in Europe. During this time, Invision has invested in over 60 companies and achieved a sustainable increase in value.
The eduPRO Group, headquartered in Vienna, is one of the leading European companies in the field of further education and qualification as well as adult education. With its operating companies, mainly ipcenter and Weidinger & Partner in Austria and Mikro Partner and bb Gesellschaft für Beruf + Bildung in Germany, the eduPRO Group mainly offers services for vocational qualification measures in Austria, Hungary and Germany. With more than 1,000 employees and trainers, the group offers a diverse range of educational measures at over 85 locations for more than 20,000 course participants annually.
