Herbst Kinsky advised together with Latham Watkins, Munich the investment manager Blackrock as lender on the acquisition financing of the Austrian Catalysts group and the German Crisp Research AG by DBAG Fund VII. Confidentiality has been agreed concerning the purchase price.

In course of management buy-out, DBAG Fund VII acquired a majority stake in Catalysts and Crisp Research. In the future, the two targets will be known as Cloudfight, a company, supporting medium-sized enterprises, public authorities and corporations on the implementation and optimisation of their digital transformation.
