Herbst Kinsky advised the British investment fund Felix Capital on its investment in Adverity GmbH; further investors are the US fund Sapphire Ventures Fonds, SAP.io, Mangrove Capital, Speedinvest and aws Gründerfonds.

The Vienna based start-up Adverity provides the ideal marketing analytics software for data-driven decisions; the technology is already in use by companies as Ikea, T-Mobile, Red Bull, Runtastic and UBS. Adverity still focuses on further expansions and intends to enter the US market next to the already existing branch in the UK.

In this financing round venture capital fund Felix Capital with its headquarter in London acted as lead investor. In the past, Felix Capital has already invested in companies as Deliveroo, Farfetch and Peloton. The participation in Adverity has been the first investment for Felix Capital and Sapphire Ventures in an Austrian start-up.

"We have been recommended to Felix Capital by an existing international investor of this round. Being referenced by other market players is a gratifying confirmation of our efforts and commitment to assist international investors on their entry in the Austrian market", says Philipp Kinsky, partner at Herbst Kinsky.

At Herbst Kinsky Philipp Kinsky led this transaction with the support of Felix Kernbichler.
