Herbst Kinsky advised App Radar on the acquisition of TheTool
Herbst Kinsky advised the Austrian company App Radar Software GmbH on the acquisition of the software TheTool in the course of an asset deal from the Spanish competitor Shutapp Projects SL. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
App Radar, based in Graz, was founded in 2015 and is a provider of app marketing. The company specializes in growth and optimization of organic and paid user acquisition and offers customers a differentiated solution portfolio for their app marketing.
The Spanish software provider Shutapp Projects SL has developed TheTool, a software focused on the analysis and interpretation of app marketing data. App Radar will now serve the Spanish provider’s more than 400 customers.
“As the market for application software continues to grow steadily with quarterly revenues of almost USD 32 billion at the end of 2020, offering immense growth potential for companies such as App Radar, we are particularly pleased to be able to contribute our tech M&A know-how to this international transaction”, says Carl Walderdorff, Attorney at Herbst Kinsky.
