“This round was a decisive step for us, and having such strong partners on board is a great vote of confidence in our mission. With Herbst Kinsky, we had advisors who provided us with excellent legal support and gave us a feeling of security and energy at all times,” said Dominik Pezzei, co-founder and managing director of OPTIMUSE.
The Herbst Kinsky team, led by Philipp Kinsky and supported by Christina Bernhart, Alina Putz, and Sarah Penker, provided the startup with comprehensive support in all legal matters relating to the transaction.
