Herbst Kinsky advised the founders of woom GmbH on the entry of Bregal, Florian Gschwandtner, Stefan Kalteis and other investors.

woom, the fast-growing children’s bicycle company founded in Austria in 2013, intends to use the freshly acquired capital to promote the digitalization and internationalization of the company and to create new locations.
