Result of the research:

The participants in the survey also expressed above-average satisfaction with the level of the work content and the internationality of the law firms.

Associates at Herbst Kinsky work an average of 51 hours per week – which is slightly below the market average, so there is little reason to complain about the workload. The respondents in the survey are also satisfied with the salary paid; those who choose the firm are also offered clear career opportunities, as the positive feedback shows. Many of the young lawyers see room for improvement in terms of IT equipment.
