Herbst Kinsky advised AMANIKI GmbH, Frankfurt, as underwriter in connection with the acquisition of the former Hofer logistics centre in Loosdorf by an international investor group and Salzburg-based real estate investor Walter Schisernig. The parties agreed not to disclose the transaction volume of the largest logistics deal of the year so far.
