With this transaction, Advance Capital Partners and Mass acquire the well-known brands Humanic and Shoe4You.

The transaction builds on our long-standing client relationship with Leder & Schuh AG: Back in 2023, we had the privilege of advising the company on the acquisition of the Salamander and Delka brands and certain assets. 

The closing of the transaction is still subject to the usual conditions precedent, including antitrust approvals in several jurisdictions.
