Herbst Kinsky advised Viennese startup FINcredible GmbH on the entry of Kreditschutzverbands KSV1870 in course of a capital increase. KSV now holds 25,1 percent in FINcredible. Confidentiality has been agreed concerning the investment amount.

The Austrian FinTech company FINcredible focuses on innovative services and products in the financial sector and in risk management. The KSV´s investment was motivated by the idea to optimize the common credit assessment business regarding innovation, expansion of the portfolio and reduction of complexities.
