Herbst Kinsky advised the owner – Johannes Kührer and his holding – on the sale of World4You Internet Services GmbH – market leader in the webhosting industry in Austria – to 1&1 Internet SE, affiliate of United Internet AG. The transaction volume ranges in the upper double-digit million range.

World4You with its headquarter in Linz was established by Johannes Kührer 20 years ago, has 25 employees and manages 250.000 web presences for 100.000 clients.
