Herbst Kinsky advised German private equity funds AUCTUS Capital Partners on the acquisition of majority shares in topinstallateur from S&E Consulting for its CONTUS group. Topinstallateur managing director Erich Zwitkowitz and Wohanka-Immobilien will be involved as minority shareholders in the future. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

With over 150 transactions since 2001 AUCTUS has established itself as the leading private equity company for German-speaking medium-sized companies.

Vienna-based topinstallateur is a leading supplier in the installation industry and employs around 50 people. In recent years, the company has recorded a steady double-digit percentage growth in sales.
