Herbst Kinsky advised AG Capital in the course of the acquisition of majority stakes in Intelia and Embers
Herbst Kinsky advised AG Capital on the acquisition of majority stakes in Intelia and Embers and on the merger of the companies into a new group of companies. This merger will create the largest independent contact centre provider in Austria. The previous owners of the companies will remain on board as shareholders. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.
Intelia and Embers are among the largest customer care providers in Austria and specialise in high-quality outbound, inbound and back-office services. Intelia serves customers from locations in Linz and Vienna. Embers has offices in Neunkirchen, Austria as well as in Stuttgart (Germany) and Jelah (Bosnia & Herzegowina). Together, the companies can draw on a comprehensive service portfolio and extensive industry knowledge.
AG Capital is an independent private equity company based in Vienna, founded in 2021 by a team around the two managing directors Karl Lankmayr and Daniel Jennewein and C-Quadrat Investment AG.
