KinderWunschKliniken in Wels and Vienna are among the largest and most successful fertility clinics in Europe. VivaNeo AG and its fertility centres in Wiesbaden, Berlin and Düsseldorf is the largest fertilization treatment group in Germany. The German and European market for fertility practices is highly fragmented which offers significant growth potential for VivaNeo. By means of merger of clinics is expected that both treatment and research will benefit.
