Herbst Kinsky advises SoftBank on the USD 120 million Series D financing round of Adverity
Herbst Kinsky advised SoftBank Investment Advisers (SoftBank), one of the leading international venture capital investors, on its investment in Adverity GmbH. SoftBank joins Adverity as lead investor via SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Existing investor Sapphire Ventures also participated in the USD 120 million Series D financing round.
The Vienna-based scale-up Adverity provides the ideal marketing analytics software for data-driven decisions, which is also used by companies such as Ikea, Red Bull, Unilever, MediaCom and Vodafone. Adverity continues to expand and now has offices in London and New York, in addition to its Vienna headquarters.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
