The corporate law firm Herbst Kinsky advised Russmedia Digital Beteiligungs GmbH in connection with their participation in ALPINERESORTS-Group.

Russmedia is an international media company operating at 28 facilities in Europe with a workforce of more than 1500 employees. The Sharing Economy is part of Russmedia`s recent international expansion plans.

Under ALPINRESORTS.com the ALPINRESORTS-Group operates the largest independent online ski rental website in Europe. In the 2014/2015 winter season they rented over 170,000 pairs of skis to winter sport enthusiasts in ski regions across Europe.

The transaction involved seven jurisdictions including France, Italy, Malta, Swiss, Slovakia, UK and Austria and was led by Philipp Kinsky and Florian Steinhart. Further members of the team were Johannes Frank and Alexander Weber.
