Herbst Kinsky advised the seller of the Austria IT-company nxtControl GmbH (founding shareholders, tecnet equity –VC-Fonds of the Province Lower Austria and eQventure Beteiligungsgesellschaft) in course of the acquisition of all shares of the company through French electronics group Schneider Electric.
