Herbst Kinsky advised Leder & Schuh AG on the sale of “Jello” and “Shoe4You”

As part of its strategic realignment, Leder & Schuh AG – one of Europe’s leading shoe retailer based in Graz, Austria – with the brands Humanic, Dominici, Jello, Shoe4You and Stiefelkönig, has sold Shoe4You and Jello formats – specialists activities in Germany as part of a structured process – to Kienast Holding GmbH & Co. KG, a privately owned group of companies in the German shoe retail market.
