Herbst Kinsky has advised aws Gründerfonds (Austria), Axel Springer Digital Ventures (Germany), Mairdumont Ventures (Germany) and Russmedia Digital (Austria) as investors regarding a seven digit financing round for the Viennese Start-up Zizooboats GmbH.

Zizoo is an international operating online-platform for boat hires (sailing-, motorboats and yachts) with over 8.000 boats in 25 countries. Boats enthusiasts have the possibility to book online their desired boat with or without skipper. The specific market is estimated with EUR 46 billion for 2020.

The team of Herbst Kinsky was led by Florian Steinhart. Further members of the transaction team have been Sonja Hebenstreit (IP) und Johannes Frank (Corporate).
