Together with BEITEN BURKHARDT Herbst Kinsky advises Heise & Dumrath Medien GmbH & Co KG on its participation in Schlütersche Verlagsgesellschaft mbH & Co KG (31,97%) in connection with the merger control proceedings before the Austrian Federal Competition Authority. The merger has already been approved.

Both companies are media companies based in Hanover. The acquisition of Schlütersche Verlagsgesellschaft is part of the external growth strategy of the Heise Group.
