Following the successful seed financing round of Eur 4.2 mio Helu.io, Herbst Kinsky has now advised on its Series A financing round with lead investor FinTech specialist CommerzVentures as well as VC IRIS and early-stage investor Speedinvest.

Helu digitizes tax consulting and thus optimizes the cooperation of tax advisors and their clients through budgeting and reporting tools.

Herbst Kinsky’s team was led by Carl Walderdorff with the support of Magdalena Wagner and Irmgard Nemec.
