Herbst Kinsky advises DUAL on W&I insurance in the course of an M&A deal

Herbst Kinsky advises DUAL Europe on the conclusion of a buyer-side W&I insurance policy in connection with the acquisition of the South East Styrian spa resort Loipersdorf by a consortium consisting of Merkur Versicherung, Granit Holding and SHR Thermen & Hotel Beteiligung.

The Herbst Kinsky team was led by Dr Christoph Wildmoser (Corporate M&A) with support from Dr Constantin Hofer (Real Estate) and Elisabeth Fitzek (Corporate M&A).

The DUAL deal team consisted of Daniel Theisen and Sören Pruß.
