Herbst Kinsky has advised the founders of hokify GmbH in connection with the sale of shares to karriere.at and on an expansion financing of the company. The existing angels startup300 and Michael Altrichter have exited the company. The founders still hold 30% in shares, karriere.at 70%. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price and the amount of the expansion financing.

With over 25 employees and about 350.000 users per month, hokify is one of the largest mobile job platforms in Austria.
