Herbst Kinsky advises the shareholders of the Lower Austrian software startup FOEX GmbH in the course of their exit to a subsidiary of the US software company Oracle Corp. The parties agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.

Founded in 2012 by Peter Raganitsch and Matt Nolan, the B2B software startup specialized in no-code solutions in the corporate sector counted major companies such as the Swiss Helvetia insurance company, ELK Fertighaus and Logitech among its customers.

Oracle Corporation is an US software and hardware manufacturer headquartered in Austin, Texas. The company specializes in the development and marketing of computer hardware and software for corporate customers – in particular the database system Oracle Database and is the world’s number one manufacturer of business software.

Together with Burghardt Schumann LLP, US. the transaction was led at Herbst Kinsky by Philipp Kinsky and Carl Walderdorff with support from Magdalena Wagner and Christina Bernhart.
