Herbst Kinsky has advised the owner of Sipwise GmbH (tecnet equity and Speedinvest among others) on the sale of the company to ALE holding. With respect to the purchase prices, the parties to these acquisitions agreed not to disclose the price paid.

The in 2008 founded Sipwise GmbH is an IT-start-up which develops open source based software, delivers core telecom switching infrastructure to replace existing legacy infrastructure and enables new over-the-top (OTT) services for telecom operators.
