Herbst Kinsky advised proALPHA on the acquisition of Curecomp Software
Herbst Kinsky together with Sidley Austin, Munich has advised proALPHA – a portfolio company of ICG – on the acquisition of Curecomp Software Services GmbH. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
In 1992 in Weilerbach, Germany founded proALPHA is a leading provider of enterprise resource planning software (ERP) with a focus on medium-sized manufacturing and wholesale companies. In the relevant core market, proALPHA is one of the top three providers of ERP solutions. proALPHA is active in a large number of international markets, including Eastern Europe and North America, and supports around 1,800 medium-sized companies in 50 countries.
Curecomp is a Linz-based provider of Software-as-a-Service solutions for digitizing and automating operational and strategic procurement processes in the manufacturing industry. ProALPHA is a provider of enterprise resource planning software for small and medium-sized businesses.
