Herbst Kinsky advised Grazer advised C&P Immobilien AG on the acquisition of the majority of shares in the German Alpenimmobilien GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Founded in 2006, C&P Immobilien AG has been developing since 2006 at its four locations Graz (head office), Vienna, Klagenfurt and Berlin with about 130 employees a total volume of more than Euro one billion (over 6,000 residential units). Investor housing, with its “one-stop service” from development to rental and management, represents the core business of C&P, which is complemented by the three business units “Vacation Properties”, “Innovations” and “Assets”. Since 2011, C&P has been the Austrian market leader for investor apartments in the private customer segment.
Alpenimmobilien GmbH is the market leader in the sale of vacation properties in the Alps in the German-speaking region, with gross sales averaging EUR 71 mio per year over the past three years.
